Victoria Beckham wowed the world’s fashionistas with her latest collection at New York Fashion Week on Tuesday. But a new video has revealed that Posh did not spend the last few hours before the show putting finishing touches to her frocks. She instead devoted that time to making sure little Harper would look just right when she joined her mother on the front row.

Most one year olds would be content with a little trim of their pony tail before a big media appearance. But, as you would expect, Victoria took things a little further.
A secretly-filmed video reveals the mother and daughter in a touching, affectionate embrace, reading a fashion magazine – perhaps for some last minute inspiration before the Victoria Beckham show.

However things, quite literally, turn a little darker when a beautician enters the Beckhams’ hotel room with arms full of spray tanning equipment.
After carefully surveying the range of tan colours, Victoria plumps for a dark mahogany. But it’s Harper, and not her Spice Girl mother who ends up facing the spray gun.

Victoria must have later regretted her choice as Harper was looking considerably lighter at her mother’s show than she does in this covertly-filmed video. But after three boisterous sons, who can blame Mrs Beckham for wanting to experiment a little with her daughter?
