Harry’s ‘call of duty’: Prince’s first stop after Afghanistan was a hot date with Pippa Middleton

A few weeks before Prince Harry headed to Afghanistan at the end of the summer he had a particularly raucous few days in Las Vegas on a pre-deployment holiday. Photos of Prince Harry playing strip billiards were published around the world, and that paved the way for publication of topless pictures of Kate Middleton.

So the royal family must have been a little concerned about what Harry would do to relax after months flying Apache helicopters on the front line.

They needn’t have worried about the third in line to the throne (for the next few months, anyhow) doing any more wild partying, though. The Prince had just one thing on his mind on the way back to the UK: seeing Pippa Middleton.

Harry rushed back to Kensington Palace, where he has his own flat near to Wills and Kate’s, and Pippa was already there waiting for her Prince. The pair did not emerge from his room until the following morning, and even then Harry was simply wearing a towel around his waist, and Pippa had donned his military jacket.

The pair apparently had a brief tryst just before Harry went away and have been speaking to each other regularly on Skype throughout his deployment. Captain Scotland, who was in Afghanistan at the same time as Harry told AlisonJackson.com: “When we first got out to camp Bastion, Harry hardly mentioned Pippa, but as we were away for longer and longer he was obviously missing her more and more.

“We all think it’s great that they are together. Afterall, she already knows a lot about being in the public eye. And she has a great bottom!”

Carole Middleton must be beside herself with excitement. We don’t want to start thinking about weddings quite yet – but they would make a GREAT pair of Godparents!
