SIMON GETS THE WAX FACTOR

WORLDWIDE Simon Cowell is known as much for his carefully manicured looks as his caustic put downs.

And as the talent show judge prepares to storm America with a US version of X Factor he has been taking ‘manscaping’ to a new level.

Not content with having the hair stripped from his chest and the back of his hands, the multi-millionaire has been caught on camera undergoing some very personal grooming.

Attended by two female beauticians, he experienced a back, sack and crack wax that saw him go from hirsute to hair-free in a touch under three hours of excruciating pain.

Until now, Cowell has shied away from talking about his beauty regime, although he has in the past admitted to dabbling with botox injections. “I can’t think of one person who is on TV who isn’t vain,” Cowell once said. “It’s the nature of the beast.”

And when he arrived at the waxing salon, it’s fair to say that he was more beast than beauty.
